His “Lady” gives him comfort and easy wave catching he wants in his personal dims of 7’0 with 50 liters. It helps him catch more waves in crowded line-ups, and thanks to the twin fin and channel set up he does so while maintaining speed, drive, flow and maneuverability. Last but by no means least “it’s such a good looking board…”
The Angel Twins deep and precise channels give it the ability to accelerate and hold on bigger days without the drag normally associated with a central fin. Channels were big in the 90s, but due to their complexity and cost it’s a mastery you don’t find too often these days. Axel makes them with precision, creating a board that thrives in all conditions with an ability to generate speed through critical sections whilst maintaining flow that should not be missed. Carving through soft walls or slicing through hollow faces, this mid-length delivers a whole new level of fun and responsiveness.
