Maurice Cole Shiva Surfboard
£749.00
This Maurice Cole Shiva surfboard was born from Maurices desire to create a surfboard design that would work as a single, quad, and thruster , so Roark could travel the world with a one board quiver. Rip it up on a thruster , ride barrels as a quad and surf down the line waves as a single when ya want to cruise…
It has single concave , with a hard edge nose to tail so there is constant speed , with a spiral vee off the tail, and a very low rocker. The combination makes for an epic paddling board that will work from knee high to big barrels, check out the webisode where Nate Zoeller from Roark revival puts the board thru all its design attributes…
Here at Colab we are stoked to making such a versatile board, and the only shorter rail length single fin that we do. We will be doing the siva in sizes from 6’0″ to 7’2″ but can do customs from 5’4″ all the way to 8′. Just give us a call or email to work out what size would work best for you.
Very good. I had another fun lil surf on it a couple of days ago, just a three fin set up, just flowing a few turns together, it connected better than a 2×1 – felt like the front edges were more in play. Really does have that more of a “play” feeling! Nick Carroll

Technology
Base Construction
Base Construction(a polyurethane blank with polyester resin) is still considered the most versatile and all-round performance specific construction used the world over by touring surf professionals. At Fourth Surfboards only premium materials are used to produce top-quality boards; US Blanks at the core in blue foam and Hexcel Glass for the laminate bonded with Silmar resin for best balance between weight, performance and durability.
The Fourth construction method sees the board finished in 24/7 heat controlled environments to ensure curing times are at optimum levels to reach a finish unrivalled in Europe. The board is then sanded to a 240 dry sand finish ensuring that there is zero plastic lacquer on the board that can often look and feel horrible after a couple of months in the ocean.
